Demetrice Williams has spent over three decades walking the hallways of healthcare systems, dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical care. As a deeply seasoned nurse and an active member of the North Carolina Nurses Association, she has spent her career mastering the complexities of patient health. But in 2021, her professional calling became profoundly personal.
When her mother, Jennifer, was diagnosed with cancer, Demetrice stepped into a new role: a daughter navigating a fragmented medical system. Despite her 30+ years of healthcare experience, she felt the sudden, overwhelming fear and helplessness that so many families face daily. That pivotal moment changed everything.
In May 2026, Demetrice founded Jenny’s Angels Concierge & Consulting Services LLC in honor of her mother. Her mission is simple yet vital: to ensure that no family has to walk through a medical journey alone. Combining her extensive clinical background with firsthand empathy, Demetrice provides families in the Charlotte area with a steady, compassionate, and expert voice—acting as the ultimate local proxy and advocate for your loved ones, near or far.

How Jenny's Angels Began
Jenny's Angels Concierge & Consulting Services, LLC in Charlotte, GA is a nurse-led concierge & Consulting Service created after our founder walked beside her mother through cancer. All of their mother's children stopped what they were doing to stay by her side until she passed on hospice in her home. With more than 30 years in healthcare. Our goal is to provide an extra set of caring eyes and helping hands between visits with you or your loved one's healthcare providers.
A Nurse And A Daughter
Our founder became a patient advocate twice, once at the bedside as a nurse and again as a daughter trying to protect her mom alongside with her siblings. That experience shaped how we work today, with real-world caregiving insight so families feel understood, prepared, and never left to figure things out alone.

We design every concierge visit, caregiver training, and consultation around your real routines, schedules, and questions. By meeting you at home and focusing on safety, understanding, and confidence, we help prevent crises, ease daily stress, and give families a trusted nurse ally they can call any time. We do not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, develop medical treatments or services that are outside the established plan of care, applicable providers orders, or the LPN'S legal scope of practice. Our role is to support the care already established for you or your loved one, by helping implement authorized care, observing and reporting relevant changes, reinforcing appropriate education and instructions, and helping families stay informed and organized between healthcare visits. Think of Jenny's Angels as an additional layer of support-working alongside you, your family, and your established healthcare team to promote continuity, safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
