When her mother, Jennifer, was diagnosed with cancer, Demetrice stepped into a new role: a daughter navigating a fragmented medical system. Despite her 30+ years of healthcare experience, she felt the sudden, overwhelming fear and helplessness that so many families face daily. That pivotal moment changed everything.
In May 2026, Demetrice founded Jenny’s Angels Concierge & Consulting Services LLC in honor of her mother. Her mission is simple yet vital: to ensure that no family has to walk through a medical journey alone. Combining her extensive clinical background with firsthand empathy, Demetrice provides families in the Charlotte area with a steady, compassionate, and expert voice—acting as the ultimate local proxy and advocate for your loved ones, near or far.
